Andy joined DMP Properties in February 2018. He has a strong background of over 15 years of accounting experience in the real estate industry, ranging from construction to property management, and has proven to be a valuable asset to our team. His responsibilities include reviewing monthly financial statements, lender financial reporting, reviewing budgets and CAM reconciliations, accounts payable coding, bank reconciliations, monitoring annual property taxes and assisting with tax appeals. Andy has a Bachelor’s Degree with a double major in Finance and Real Estate from Ohio State University and also a licensed California Real Estate Broker (lic. 01914368).
