Annie joined the DMP team in June 2021 and works directly with the COO assisting with all administrative interdepartmental needs and coordinating more sensitive tenant communications, including collections, sales reporting, and insurance compliance. Additionally, Annie is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day tenant/vendor communications for DMP’s Newport Beach-based office properties portfolio. She has over 10 years of experience in Property Management, including HOA, Residential, Commercial and Industrial Management. Originally from the Los Angeles area, Annie relocated to Orange County to attend the University of California, Irvine where she studied Biological Sciences and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Cognitive Psychology. Annie lives in Santa Ana with her husband and enjoys camping, off-roading, hunting, fishing, skeet shooting, traveling and spending time with their Doberman Pinscher, Ares, and Miniature Pinscher, Jax.
