Hien joined the DMP team in July 2025 and manages DMP’s Newport Beach office portfolio as well as several single-tenant properties in Southern California.  With her background in managing Class A office properties, Hien brings extensive experience in capital projects, tenant improvements and day-to-day operations.  Known for fostering strong tenant relationships and delivering well-executed projects, Hien ensures that each property in the portfolio is managed with efficiency, attention to detail and a commitment to enhancing the tenant experience.  In her free time, she enjoys practicing Muay Thai and spending time with her lovable potato of a Frenchie, Sherman.
