Mark joined the company in 2002 and has been serving as DMP’s President since 2010. His education in, and passion for, real estate began before his teenage years, touring properties with his dad on their way to and from his sporting events and family weekend getaways. Today, Mark is responsible for the Company’s strategic direction, property acquisitions/dispositions, financings, and the overall performance of the Company’s portfolio. Under his leadership the Company has steadily grown and diversified its portfolio, strengthened its asset and property management departments, and expanded its industry relationships. Before joining DMP, Mark was a corporate and securities attorney with Stradling in Newport Beach, CA and prior to law school he worked as an assistant for a prominent sports law firm representing NFL and MLB players. He holds a law degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles and a BS in Business from Tulane University. He is a member of the California State Bar, a licensed real estate broker and a member of ICSC. He is involved in several Orange County based community and charitable organizations and lives with his wife and three children in Corona del Mar. Mark enjoys water and mountain sports and traveling with his family.
